Zenz Hotel

Overall was great, we requested to checkin earlier because we got jetlagged from flight and were v tired and the staff nicely allowed us to 😁 Room was as expected 🤝

This hotel is unexpectedly good despite the very cheap price. - strategic location just beside the road, opposite of IoI Mall and near AEON. - The road connected to the hotel is good, easy to go JB/Kota Tinggi & etc - Room is surprisingly clean, with clean sheets, clean & big toilet, and quite large for a standard room - Facilities & equipment are new - Around 6plug points in my room, 2 besides the bed, 3 in front of the bed under the TV & 1 near the toilet (like you can charge your devices anywhere) - Requested an iron at the counter, they’ll give it to you & you can just leave it in the room after usage (no need to return back to the counter) - There are 2 minerals, coffee & jug prepared in the room for you - Parking is easy in front of the hotel - Friendly and attentive staffs at the counter

Room Size was big Bathroom was big with good water pressure All basic facilities was good Parking was not an issue Complimentary coffee for 4 was prepared

Very clean. Overall experience much better than expectations. Staffs are friendly & helpful.
